A Plaid Christmas Table

Santa with candles

One of my favorite things about Christmas is setting my table. A plaid Christmas table is one of my very favorites. It’s classic, colorful and screams Christmas.

The Tablecloth

It all started with this tablecloth.

Well, it isn’t really a tablecloth.

It was a piece of fabric I’ve had for years and never used!

So colorful, I love the pattern and it makes me happy.

The Place Setting

Once I had the tablecloth, it was time to start adding the dishes.

A gold charger and a blue and white plate are a good start.

The Centerpiece

My table is not the biggest table, so I have to be careful with the size of my centerpieces.

This Santa with a few felt Christmas picks makes my centerpiece the perfect size!

A Christmas salad plate ties the place setting and the tablecloth together.

Don’t you just love gold flatware?

It’s one of my favorites.

This jingle bell place card holder is so cute!

I use them every chance that I can.

Once I got this far, I stood back and felt like something was missing with my centerpiece

Adding in some black candlesticks with red metallic candles really completes finishes it.

A couple of other things that I forgot to take pictures of are the red and blue glassware.

I chose these to tie the plate to the tablecloth.

Everything that I’ve used on this table has the colors that are in my tablecloth!

Which is why I used a white napkin with red and green tassels.

Once again, a gold napkin ring ties back into the charger and the flatware.

It’s hard to photograph, but the chandelier is a show stopper.

Greenery wrapped in the chandelier arms with red vintage ornaments are perfect with the red velvet ribbons.

This photo does not do it justice!

A few red ornaments placed in the center of the table finishes off my table.

I couldn’t be happier with a plaid Christmas table!
