Fourth Of July Table

red white and blue banner, white kitchen hutch

Can you believe that it’s June? Father’s Day is just days away and that means that the 4th of July is just around the corner! Which also means that I’m already planning my Fourth of July table. Nothing on my table cost more than $10.00.

Which is perfect as it’s Ten on the 10th, right? Except that’s WAY too much info for today’s post. So this will be a two part series. Today I’m sharing my red, white and blue banner with you.

A great big shout out to Benita at Chasing Quaintness for being the super hostess this month. She totally rocks!

I feel that this fits anyone who shops the Target Dollar Spot.

Can I get an amen?

I found so many wonderful things there for the 4th of July it’s shameful!

One of which was this super cute star banner for $3.00!

I loved the rustic look of the stars, except they didn’t quite go with my Fourth of July table.

Spray paint to the rescue!

Once they were painted, they were so stinking cute, however I wanted to give them a little something extra!

Y’all know I can’t resist a little glitter.

Even if I’m seeing the glitter everywhere for the next year or so!

So worth it!

Once all of the stars were dried, I restrung them on the jute string.

Then, I hung the banner on my white hutch which sits right behind my Fourth of July table!

I honestly could not be happier.

The best part? It only cost me around $4.00. Maybe.

I had the paint in my stash, so a dollar for the paint is a generous estimation.

Plus, you only need the skill level of a young child to do this project!

Woot, woot.

I promise the rest of the table is coming later this week, but for now, please join me in hopping over to my fellow Ten on the 10th bloggers sites to check out their wonderful projects!
