Fun Christmas Breakfast Bar

Fun Christmas Breakfast Bar

Happy Thursday! I’m still in my kitchen decorating – although I am in the home stretch. Today I’m sharing a fun Christmas breakfast bar!

Of course my friend Terrie will be joining me and sharing her breakfast bar too.

I’ll be sure and share her link at the bottom so that you can hop over and see how beautiful it is!

To be honest, my breakfast bar doesn’t stay this way everyday.

This bar serves as not only a place for us to eat but also as a workspace and at special dinners and parties as a serving space.

So I need to set a bar that is easily moved and temporary.

I started with a fun and whimsical centerpiece.

If you want to see how I made it, you can see a video of it here.

To set the bar I started with these fun snowflake placemats that I found at Walmart a few years ago.

I love them except for one thing…. they are hand wash only.

Crazy right?

But they are pretty.

Next, I’m using my Christmas dishes.

I know that you’ve seen them a thousand times but I only get to use them once a year.

So I like to use them when I can!

Once I had my plate on I added in a pretty salad plate.

This set was another WalMart find from about 10 years ago.

Next, I placed my pretty white napkin with red and green tassels inside of a simple gold napkin ring.

I like that it has no pattern since my dishes are so busy.

My flatware is a super inexpensive set that I found here.

I love the color and it’s one that I am comfortable enough with it to use inside and out!

Chances are that I will be eating here for breakfast, so I decided to forgo a glass for another of my Santa mugs.

That’s it for my fun Christmas breakfast bar.

I think it’s bright and fun for both the littles and the adults.

Please join me in visiting Terrie to see her breakfast bar.
