My friend Terrie at Decorate And More With Tip and I are sharing a few tips on wrapping presents today. I have not only a post on the blog, but also have a video on my Facebook page. If you want to see how I wrapped presents you can see it here. Want to see where I bought everything to wrap my presents? Keep reading. Now, without further ado, let’s Wrap it up!
Wrapping Cart
Hands down, this wrapping cart is a life saver!
When we downsized homes, I lost my closet that I had a wrapping station in.
This wrapping cart holds everything that I need to wrap gifts and tucks away into a corner of my craft closet when not in use.
It’s super easy to change out wrapping paper with the seasons.
Ribbon
I love having fun ribbon and tend to buy a little of it everywhere!
One of my favorites to use for Christmas is Raffia.
You can find this four pack that is filled with Christmas color here.
I also like using the holographic raffia.
Who doesn’t love a little bling?
This red ribbon with white edging is one of my all time favorites.
I pick it up when ever I can find it.
Tulle
I LOVE using tulle also and I love all of the colors!
However, I tend to stick with red at Christmas!
Wrapping Cart Supplies
Tags.
I love pretty tags and this year both Costco and Hobby Lobby had a great supply of tags to choose from!
Wrapping Paper
I’ll be honest, I can’t remember the last time I bought wrapping paper anywhere other than Hobby Lobby!
They were out of the white with green hollys that I bought this year so I shared the red holly paper.
However, they have a ton of patterns that you might just love!
Boxes
I just discovered these hanging boxes.
They are great to hang from a bottle of bubble or or a bottle of bubble bath!
You will be amazed at the things that will fit into these boxes!
Additional Supplies
Other supplies to add to your cart are:
scissors
Tape – both single and double sided
Embellishments – think jingle bells, rick rack etc.
Slap bows
Sacks and bags
Tissue paper
With a little pre-planning wrapping your presents can be easy and fun!
Also, if you want to see how I wrapped a few of my gifts head on over to my Facebook page.
Until next time…
