Fun Halloween Fireplace

Fall mantle

Fall is in full gear and Halloween is just around the corner. So it’s time for a fun Halloween fireplace!

Only one problem – I don’t want to get rid of my fall decor to add Halloween and then have to add in fall again for Thanksgiving.

So I’m going to show you how to leave the basic fall decor and add in Halloween so that it’s easy to convert it back to fall!

Have I lost you?

This is what my fall mantle looks like.

The first thing I did was remove all of  the pumpkins.

A Halloween mantle just isn’t fun unless it has lights.

In this case it’s orange lights!

Of course I needed a little  – or a lot – of sparkly picks in orange and hot pink.

And a few purple and black ones too!

Once the lights and Halloween picks were added, it was time to add in the jack o lanterns!

I love these happy little glitter ones.

And a few fun figures.

These vintage looking cats are some of my favorite Halloween decorations.

Next, came some fun bats to fly around on the mirror and a few bows for a little textures and pattern.

And last, but not least I added in a “Got Candy?” garland that I made many years ago.

And just like that I took my fall mantle and turned it into a fun Halloween fireplace!

Once Halloween is over, it will just be a matter of removing the Halloween to find my basic fall mantle waiting for me!

Until next time….

Tammy
