Christmas Front Porch 2024
Happy Thursday! We have decorated almost everything inside the house, so now it’s time to decorate outside. Terrie from Decorate With Tip And More, Teresa from Through A Vintage Door and I are decorating our Christmas front porch 2024.
Left Side of the Front Porch
First of all, my porch wraps around the left side of my home.
Today I’m only sharing the front part of the porch.
I have two black rocking chairs nestled between two windows.
Between the chairs I have a Merry sign and a small tree for more Christmas decor.
On each chair I have placed a black and white throw blanket as well as a plaid pillow.
Front porch sittin’ needs to be warm and cozy!
Over the chairs on each window are classic wreaths with simple red bows.
The wreaths are also on each window on the front of the house.
And boy do they make a statement from the street!
The Front Door
The front door area is inset a few feet which makes for the perfect space to decorate in a big way.
On the front door is a wreath I made last year.
I simply changed the bow to match this years theme and it looks fabulous with the other wreaths on the windows.
On each side of the door I placed a lighted tree.
The trees came from the Dollartree!
I simply removed the stand and buried the bottom part in the soil of my planters.
A well placed sleigh hides the light timer and cords.
On the left side we have the same lighted tree and poinsettias, but added a lantern with candle to balance out the design.
We all know I love my home sign no matter what the season.
A candy peppermint is perfect to create the “O” in home.
The last piece of decor is practical as well as fun – a home for the holidays door mat!
I love my Christmas front porch 2024 and hope that you do too.
Pssst… Terrie, Teresa and I also made videos of our porches that you can see here tonight at 6:30 CST.
You know, just in case you want to watch how I put it all together.
