Welcome to the Fall Home Tour! Can you believe that it’s almost October? I love fall. The cooler temperatures, sweatshirt/sweater weather, and everything is like one big warm and cozy hug. What’s not to like?

Fall Home Tour Blog Hop

Today I’m partnering with a group of fun ladies to share how we decorate our homes for fall.

If your coming here from CoCo’s , The Crowned Goat, don’t you just love her beautiful home?

I’ll be sure to link my friends posts at the end so that you can visit them.

Before we get started, I want to give a great big shout out to Terrie at Decorate And More With Tip for hosting this hop!

Fall entry

The Entry

Our entry is small, but has so much personality!

This is the perfect place for all of my velvet pumpkins.

The wreath is a perfect addition perched on the mirror!

Fall living room

The Living Room

I love changing out my pillows for every season or holiday!

Fall is no exception.

This year I decided I wanted to keep a lot of my existing decor and add in touches of fall.

The navy pillows were already on the sofa, but the green embroidered pillows as well as the leopard print ones are new.

I love the mix of textures!

fall sofa table

Behind the sofa is this little table.

Again, I kept the same color theme and added in white and blue pumpkins with small amounts of green foliage.

Fall breakfast room

The Breakfast Room

Right off of the living room is our breakfast room.

The inspiration for this room was this table runner.

It was the one new thing I added into the breakfast room this year.

Again, I kept a lot of the existing decor and added in all things fall in the same color tones.Fall Chalkboard

My coffee bar is in the breakfast room also.

Normally I go a little more elaborate and add in some whimsy, but this year I felt the need for less.

However, I did manage to add in a tiny bit of fun here by painting this coffee cup garland and adding it to the top of my chalkboard!

A New Look

The Kitchen

The kitchen island hosts most of my kitchen fall decor.

A new floral arrangement, some faux caramel apples, plates and of course  a pumpkin sets the tone for the rest of the kitchen!

pumpkin 2 tiered tray

My two tiered tray was the first thing I decorated this year.

These fun  colorful pumpkins make me smile every time I look at them!

Fall decor

I love my Round Top charm display.

It lets me add different seasons and holidays with so little effort!

It’s one of my favorites any time of the year.

That completes my Fall home tour!

Next up is Terrie at Decorate And More With Tip who always inspires me with her creativity and design style.

I hope that you will join me in visiting all of the other participants and see their lovely homes!

  1. Celebrating Fall with pops of blue is such a genius idea and it looks amazing too! I love all the layers of textures and prints you’ve added and the special touches that make it feel like Fall too. It’s all really pretty. Hope your season is off to a great start. I cannot believe it’s almost October! Hugs, CoCo

    1. Thanks so much CoCo! Adding the blue is a big change for me this year, but we are enjoying it. It’s amazing that October is here already!

  2. Tammy, I love your seasonal decor! Mostly it speaks to me because of all of the beautiful blues! Those velvet pumpkins you selected for the foyer pick up the colors in your wallpaper perfectly! I can see why that gorgeous table runner was the inspiration for your pumpkins in the dough bowl! How cute your little coffee cup garland is! That and your chalkboard are obvious nods to your artistic talents! Happy Fall!
