Fun Christmas Guest Bedroom
Happy Tuesday! Today my friends Terrie, Teresa and I are back from Thanksgiving break and we are decorating up a storm! I’m hosting my family’s Christmas this year so I’m decorating a fun Christmas guest bedroom.
The Bedding
Just like in my other rooms, I’m using everyday items and adding in Christmas decor.
I’ve add an extra quilt and plaid throw to the end of the bed, just in case they are cold and want to get cozy.
Of course I’m adding in some fun Christmas pillows with my everyday sham and sheets.
The sconce beside the bed has a pretty ribbon and winter greenery attached – you know – so it looks pretty too.
The bed on the other side of the room received the same treatment.
AND I left some cute house shoes at the end of the bed as a little guest giftie!
The Dresser
The dresser between the bed needed a little decor too.
I say little because I want to leave plenty of surface room so that my guest can place their things on top of it.
In the top drawer I’ve installed a charging station, jewelry holder and cords to make recharging my guests electronics a breeze.
This room is way to small for a conventional Christmas tree.
I love how this drop down tree is just the right size, colorful and stores easily.
The last thing in the guest bedroom to receive some decor was the chandelier.
Simple red velvet ribbons were attached to the base of each candle.
Red, green, and gold ornaments were hung amongst the crystals to add color and extra shine!
I love how it turned out and how pretty it is when looking at it from all angles!
I love how my fun Christmas guest bedroom turned out!
Now bring on the guests.
Don’t forget to head on over to Terries to see her guest bedroom.
