How to Make a Christmas Place Card Holder
Setting my Christmas dining rooming table had me scratching my head on what to use for place card holders. I couldn’t find anything to match, so I decided to make my own. Being the friend that I am, I decided to show you how to make a Christmas place card holder too!
Trust me, this one is so easy that I’m almost embarrassed to share it with you – almost! Not only were they easy to make, I made 8 for under $10.00!
My table this year is all colors of pink, navy, turquoise, silver and gold. A total 360 of anything that I have ever done before.
I saw these cute ornaments and knew that they were exactly what I needed to make my place card holders.
Since I had both silver and gold on the table, I decided to use those colors of snowflakes for my base.
I simply glued my ornaments to the snowflakes. I told you it was super easy!
The hardest part was making sure that the glue didn’t seep out of the holes of the snowflakes.
Once I had my ornaments glued to the snowflakes it was time to dress them up a little. Those babies needed some jewelry!
I had a few leftover mini ornaments from my snow globe project that were perfect!
I love all of the bright and soft colors put together. So cute and so easy!
To attach the cards to the ornaments, I simply put a small white glue dot on the back of the card. Then simply attached to card to the wire on the top of the ornament. It really couldn’t be any easier!
