Breakfast Room Fall Inspiration
Welcome Friends! Today is the first day of our Decorate With Us Fall Series. And I couldn’t be happier about that. I’m sharing my breakfast room fall inspiration board with you today.
Well, since my inspiration came from one piece of decor, I felt like I couldn’t really give you an entire inspiration board.
So it’s just a photo- or two – of what inspired me and where I’m going with it.
Terrie from Decorate and More With Tip and Corine from Junk To Gems are joining me on this fun fall series.
Be sure to head on over to their sites when you are finished here!
Technically, my breakfast room is a part of my kitchen, I’ll be sharing my countertops in my kitchen with you later.
For now, I’m focusing on the kitchen hutch and table.
I was at Home Goods a few weeks ago and ran across this beautiful embroidered table runner.
The colors reminded me of my breakfast room curtains.
Lots of blues, teals and gold.
Right then, I knew that it was going to become my inspiration for my fall decor in the breakfast room.
As I began searching through Pinterest for ideas of what to put with it, I came across this photo from Home Stories A to Z.
I loved the natural placemat.
The hobnail white plates are a favorite of mine year round, as they go with everything.
Using natural elements in the centerpiece really cemented this theme for me.
I also found this from Bower Power Blog.
Sigh.
I love how the blues and whites make such a simple statement, yet adds so much WOW to the room.
Sold!
And that blue on the pumpkin really called my name for sure!
So here’s the plan.
Set a beautiful table with lots of natural textures and rich muted colors in blues, teals, white and gold.
Decorate my breakfast room hutch to match the table.
Simple, yet elegant.
Here’s a list of the things that I will be sharing with you next week:
Posts on items that I’ve made to add to my table and hutch.
A video on my top 3 Favorite Organization items.
And on Friday we will reveal our finished hutches and tables.
So keep an eye out for both our videos and blog posts next Friday.
Please join me in visiting both Terrie and Corine to see what their inspiration boards look like!

I love the inspirational runner, it would of caught my eye as well. Blue and gold are two colors that warm my soul. Can’t wait to see how you style your kitchen. It’s going to be so fun doing this together.
I agree Terrie! I always have fun collaborating with you girls! You both give me such inspiration.
I am loving the direction you are going! It all looks beautiful. I got some ideas from you for my table, thank you for the inspiration!
Awww.. that’s a complement for sure coming from you!
