Christmas Entry 2024

Woo Hoo! It’s day one of Decorate With Us Christmas 2024. Today my friends Terrie from Decorate With Tip And More and Teresa from Through A Vintage Door are joining me in decorating our Christmas entry 2024!

This is what my entry looked like once I had removed the Halloween decor and cleaned it.

I love using a little bit of my every day decor and mixing in my holiday pieces.

Mirror

Let’s start at the top and work our way down.

I used a 6 ft piece of greenery and wrapped it around the mirror.

Command strip hooks are perfect to adhere the greenery to the mirror.

Once the greenery was up all it took was a pretty ribbon to finish it off.

Console Top

Remember I said I like to use my everyday with my holiday decor?

Well, I’m keeping my blue and white chinoiserie vases as well as my lamp and candlesticks.

Two greenery picks with fairy lights woven in were added in front of the vases.

Another blue and white bowl with shiny ornaments finish off this area.

And I LOVE it!

Console Shelving

Now here’s where things went sideways and I didn’t even notice until I saw this  picture.

Originally I added white faux snow jars with tea lights and more blue and white vases to fill in my shelving.

In person it looks great.

But now that I see the pictures… not so much.

So… plan B!

I added some red stars and a few gold pine cones.

Much Better.

The reds and golds tie everything together.

I even added a few gold pinecones into the greenery.

I love it my Christmas entry 2024.
