Fun Hot Cocoa Bar
Happy Monday! It’s day 4 of our Decorate With Us Christmas series 2024. Each of us are decorating something in our kitchens. I’m starting with a fun hot cocoa bar and my eat in peninsula.
Year round the top of my buffet in my breakfast room host our coffee/hot tea bar.
So it’s super easy to add a few things and convert it to a hot cocoa bar and do it with out breaking the bank.
I like to break my bar up into three different areas.
On the left side is my coffee pot that has instant hot water.
Because I have limited space I added in a two tiered tray on the right to hold my hot cocoa mix, jars of mini marshmallows, chocolate and white chocolate chips .
Of course I’m going to sprinkle in some fun decor too.
This year I decided to make these hot cocoa reindeer.
I love how cute they are and they are perfect for holding enough hot cocoa mix to make two cups.
Plus, the littles are going to love them.
Come back tomorrow and I will share how to make them.
In the center of the buffet I have a mug rack filled with cute Christmas mugs.
As well as a few more things to make the perfect cup of cocoa or coffee.
A sugar bowl, candy canes and a shaker full of cinnamon are not only pretty but are great in both coffee and hot cocoa.
I’ve added in a jar of marshmallows, a cute hand towel, straws and more Christmas decor.
Not shown here will be whipped cream and bottles of caramel and chocolate .
I like to keep these in the fridge until we are ready to use it.
I love how my fun hot cocoa bar turned out!
All I need now is for the weather to get cooler, to get a fire going, grab a good book and a mug of hot cocoa!
To see how my eat in peninsula turned out and how I put this fun hot cocoa bar together head on over to my Facebook page here.
