One Room At A Time- Half Bath Reveal
I can’t believe that it’s already time for the One Room At A Time – Half Bath Reveal! It seems like we just got started.
Once you are done here, please head on over to Teresa’s and Terrie’s to see what their baths look like.
I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to see them finished.
I’ll be sure to put the links at the bottom of my page!
The Vanity
Just a little recap before I share what the finished bathroom looks like now.
My half bath went from this… ( when we purchased the house)
To this…
It was pretty, but just never seemed to be put together.
I cannot tell you how many times I changed out the artwork hoping it would fix that problem.
Thanks goodness for sparkle and paint!
Now it looks like this…
Drum roll please!
After a few weeks of work it finally feels finished.
In this area we added new wallpaper, new lighting, and accessories.
We touched up paint on all cabinets and gave everything a deep clean.
The Toilet Area
To the right of the vanity is the commode area.
This is what it looked like when we moved in.
And this is what it looked like before I started the makeover.
Again, not bad, but it could be better!
Now that area looks like this!
You might think by looking at this area that not much has changed, but you would be wrong.
I changed out the toilet handle, the toilet paper holder AND the biggest addition to this area is the table.
I had this table in another area of the house.
After a quick paint job, the addition of some flowers and butterflies that I cut out from my peel and stick wallpaper and the table matched the room perfectly.
Also, I placed a toilet paper basket on the lower shelf.
I love that extra TP is always available and it’s the perfect place for tissues.
I left the top pretty open except for the addition of a small tray that holds air spray and Poo-Pourri!
Lots of room for a phone or reading material.
What didn’t change that I had planned on changing?
The art.
I looked high and low and I realized that I still liked how these looked.
Also, after trying out 5 different rugs for the room, the sixth one was the winner.
Except it’s still “out for delivery”..
Fingers crossed it comes in!
That concludes the One Room At A Time – Half Bath reveal!
I hope that you enjoyed seeing it as much as I did decorating it.
Also, please join me in visiting Terrie and Teresa to see what their bathroom reveals look like.
I know that I can’t wait to see them.

Tammy

Teresa!
Thank you so much Teresa! It was a fun makeover!
Tammy all your touches in the bath are perfect. Love the wallpaper and the gold accents. I have to say the framed art is a winner, doesn’t compete with the wallpaper which I think works perfect with it! Love the table next to the stool, I love the details you added to it. Great job girl!!!
Thanks Terrie! I had so much fun working with you and Teresa on this One Room At A Time!
What a dramatic, beautiful change!
Thank you so much Gloria!
Tammy can you tell me where you purchased your wallpaper and what color are your walls? Your bathroom is beautiful!!
I purchased the wallpaper at Home Depot – on-line. It’s called Jet Black Summer Garden Floral Peel and Stick. Here’s the link:https://www.homedepot.com/p/NextWall-40-5-sq-ft-Jet-Black-Summer-Garden-Floral-Vinyl-Peel-and-Stick-Wallpaper-Roll-NW43000/318111185
Also I think the walls are Sherwin Williams Ponder. Hope this helps!
