Everyday Coffee Bar
Hey friends! We are still in the kitchen today. My friend Terrie from Decorate And More With Tip and I are doing separate areas of our kitchens. I’m working on my everyday coffee bar and eat in peninsula . Terrie is working on her bench and corner tired tray.
My buffet has been a part of my home for many years.
Its an old dresser I dragged home and my husband put it up on legs to create a buffet.
The Coffee Bar
A lot of things are the same as before Christmas, but I have added a few new ideas!
The wreath on the chalk board is the same, but I added the word coffee to the chalkboard.
On the right hand corner I normally have a round mug rack.
However, I wanted a change and thought why not a two tiered tray to hold the coffee cups?
It works perfectly!
The center of my coffee bar has a cream and sugar set on a tray.
On either side of the tray I have placed some fun tea pots.
On the far right is my coffee maker!
I added a pretty “hello sunshine” vase filled with a peony,
This area stays pretty simple.
That finishes my coffee bar.
But…
I’m not finished yet!
The Bar
I also have decorated my eat in peninsula.
Normally I place different place placemats here and that’s about it unless we are eating here for brunch or a special occasion.
I thought it would be fun to decorate this are for brunch today.
I started with a seagrass placemat followed by a blue and white plate and bowl.
The blue and white napkins match those that I used on both the coffee bar and the hutch.
I used bamboo handled flatware and blue wineglasses for juice.
The wineglasses ar perfect for juice.
Who doesn’t like drinking from a fun glass?
I love my everyday coffee bar and eat in peninsula!
Want to see how I set the everyday coffee bar in a video?
You can see it here.
Don’t forget to head on over to Terrie’s to see what are of her kitchen she has decorated today!

What holds plates in place? Email me: murlinesells@gmail.com
I put the plates onto plate hangers, then attach the plates to the wreath using florist wire.
